    I have ordered a hot chocolate through drive through and receive a brown water with out any kind of taste. I wish they put at least some hot chocolate power in it.I wish I drive back to them and let them taste it. Please make sure you get the right thing before you leave the place.

    This McDonald’s has an air of laziness. The st thing you are greeted with is the waste bins placed in the disabled parking bay. Although we visited off peak on a Monday morning we ordered breakfast for people and ended up with breakfast for . Someone had put the air conditioning on when it was cold and rainy outside (March). The toilets were blocked and the ordering terminals did not dispense receipts. I get the feeling the staff and management couldn’t give a xxxx.

    This place is so slow that the food is cold when you get it. We waited for at least minutes from ordering until the order appeared and then it was cold. Is this branch prioritising deliveries over in house customers? Certainly seems like it. Loos are obviously not checked regularly as one of the ladies loos had no lock on the door - and it looked like it had been like that for months. Certainly won't bother with this branch anymore.

    Charged me for a nuggets that I won in Monopoly, told me the charge hadn't gone through but when I checked my bank the next day, the extra charge was on there. My order was also missing the apple pie I won. I need to stop using this Kettering Road branch. They can never get an order right. It's the closest one but their order accuracy and customer service are rubbish. Avoid!
